Refund policy
For Domestic (USA) Orders:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have a 14-day return window from the day your item is delivered to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original, unused condition, with all tags intact and packaged in the same way they were delivered. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the process.
To start a return, please contact us via contact form or info@holybanya.com , and we’ll provide instructions on where to send your item. Note that returns cannot be processed without prior communication.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and let us know immediately if there are any defects, damages, or incorrect items. We will promptly assess the situation and resolve the issue.
Return Shipping for Customer Errors:
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Ensure that the item is unopened and in its original condition, with all packaging and documentation included. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed according to our standard return policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as sale products and gift cards, cannot be returned. If you have any doubts or questions about a specific product, please contact us for clarification.
Exchanges:
To exchange an item, first return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll be notified about the refund approval status. Please note that the refund covers only the cost of the item itself; any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable once the item has been shipped. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
