Delivery and Return Policy

Here's everything you need to know about how we get our products from our warehouse in New York straight to your doorstep:
  • We primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping, selecting the best method based on your location and what you've ordered. Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
  • Handling Time: We get orders ready within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time varies, depending on where you are and what you've bought. Larger orders might take a bit more time to ship.
International Orders:
  • Shipping costs for orders outside the USA are calculated based on the delivery address. After weighing your order, we'll send you an invoice for the exact shipping cost.
  • Please note, international customers are responsible for all customs duties, broker fees, and any other charges incurred, payable via cash on delivery (C.O.D.).
  • Any complications with customs, refused shipments, wrong addresses, or delays will be the customer's responsibility to resolve.
Return Policy:
Holy Banya allows returns within 14 days of purchase, provided items are in resellable condition. This means the items shouldn't be damaged and must have all labels and tags attached.
